• A non-refundable $50 retainer is required to confirm your session. This will be applied toward the total cost of the lesson.

• All balances must be paid in full prior to the start of the virtual session.

• Any reschedules must be requested with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the retainer.

• No-shows or late arrivals of more than 15 minutes will be treated as a cancellation.

• Technical difficulties on the client’s side that prevent the session from taking place will not result in a refund. Please ensure a stable internet connection and working devices prior to the appointment.
